Mr Genner has a background in finance and accounting. For approximately 9 years he was the Chief Executive of a national mortgage company and for 15 years has operated as a private investor and company director. Mr Genner was appointed Managing Director of the company in September 1997 and CEO in June 2000.

Dr Michael Ian Nissen

Dr Michael Nissen obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor and Surgery degrees from the University of Melbourne. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom. He was Managing Director / CEO of Cedar Court Rehabilitation hospital from 1974-1997 and Chairman from 1997-2000. He is currently the Chairman of the Victorian Rehabilitation Research Institute.

Mr Kwok is a chartered accountant and for around 30 years was a partner in a Sydney firm of chartered accountants. He is now the principal of Powell Kwok & Co., a firm of business consultants and chartered accountants. He has broad experience in areas including international trade, finance and investment. He is a director of a number of companies which have substantial investments in Australia and overseas and was appointed a director of Banque-Tec Limited on 26 November 2002.
