John has a background in finance and accounting. For approximately 9 years he was the Chief Executive of a national mortgage company and for 15 years has operated as a private investor and company director. Mr Genner was appointed Managing Director of the company in September 1997 and CEO in June 2000.

Chris Blake
Dip.Eng., BE, MIEEE
Director of Engineering
One of the co-founders of the company started in 1995. Chris has a bachelor of Electrical Engineering and is a member of the institute of Electrical Engineers of the USA. Before founding Banque-Tec he worked for 18 years with Honeywell and was Chief Engineer of their Information Systems Lab in Sydney. Latterly he was a Senior Engineering Consultant heading up Honeywell?s smart card development team. He is an expert in radio frequency technology.

Brad Blake
Sales Manager - Australia & Asia Pacific
Brad joined BQT in November 1995 as a service technician. Attended TAFE until 1997 completing a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He has managed roles such as Project and Product Management, to Sales Support to Regional Sales Manager in 1999. Brad offers a comprehensive ability to promote technology products with his in depth knowledge and skills from his engineering training.

Nathan Barclay
Marketing Manager
Nathan joined BQT in February 2002 contracted as a Graphic Designer to add a new style to all BQT marketing material, such as the company website and sales brochures. Nathan became a full time member of the staff in April 2003 and was promoted to the position of Marketing Manager. He brings his vast knowledge of design, web design and marketing ideas to the company.

Karthik Sivaram

Karthik joined BQT late 2002 after working with Electron India, a partner company with BQT in India, working in software development. He graduated in Computer Science from the University of Madras in 1999. He has a keen interest in computers entering the world of embedded electronics in 1998 with Electron India

Monty Riggs

R&D Manager
After completing his Bachelor of Industrial Design at the University of NSW, Monty worked with several leading design consultancies before founding his own consultancy. Since then, Monty has been involved in the design and development of BQT products and solutions for the last 6 years. As R&D Manager at BQT Solutions, his role is to co-ordinate new developments and the evolution of our technology.

After completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, Neeta joined Zee Interactive Systems, India as a Software Developer.
Later she joined BQT in 2004 and has since been a key member of our software development team.
She pursues her creative drive in her spare time by indulging in 2D animation and paintings.

Geoff Rann

Geoff holds dual qualifications in Chemical Engineering and Accounting/Financial Management. He has had wide experience in a number of publicly listed companies spanning Mineral Resources to Industrial and Technology sectors over the past 17 years. He brings a variety of accounting and technology related financial skills to BQT.
