Scheduled Reports

To ensure you business is running efficiently, the ability to easily view staff attendance and location reports regularly is paramount. BioMatch 2007 reports go one step further, with the ability to schedule reports to generate automatically and email themselves to desired line managers.

PC Enrolments for reliability and performance

The quality of an enrolment depicts the usability of a system on a day-to-day basis. By utilising a centralised PC for use of enrolment, you can be assured the performance of you system is operating at its peak performance.

Minutia based template storage

The unique nature of a fingerprint makes it ideal for use in automated recognition systems. Once a fingerprint is captured the system locates a series of unique identification points called minutia. These points and their relationship to each other are stored in a database for future comparison with other presented fingerprints. It is important to note that during the entire process no fingerprint images are stored on the system and a fingerprint image cannot be recreated from the minutia template.

Time masking

Grant or Deny terminal access based on day and time of week. Ideal way to provide staff with keys to the building—only between 8am-6pm weekdays.

All users are grouped into User Groups and Business Units. Sort by physical location or role performed.

Configurable Operator Security levels

Require high security, but don't have time to be the only person to run activity reports? By granting additional operates restricted access, BioMatch allows the administrator to retain full control, but allows you to delegate control tasks amongst your operators.

UserWatch

Large organisation? Hard to find staff when you want them? Not anymore, BioMatch 2007 UserWatch is an interactive and dynamically updated list of all users that are currently onsite or offsite, and which terminal they have most recently presented at. By terminal description, you will always know the location of your staff.

In case of fire or another emergency the system can generate an emergency evacuation check list, based on terminal presentation for a simple rollcall.

ID Card Printing

Staff and visitors come and go for our businesses on a day-to-day basis, and sometimes its hard to keep track of who should be on site.

When inducting new staff or welcoming a visitor on-site, each can be issued with an ID Card in your company’s design, indicating exactly who they are, and why they should be on-site.
