Basic SmaX Configuration

System Requirements

The software is supplied with a USB to RS485 converter enabling the NETWORK DIRECTOR to communicate on a RS485 network.

The minimum PC configuration requirements for optimal performance are:
  • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP
  • Pentium 4 2.0 GHz Processor
  • 512 MB RAM
  • 200 MB for Software installation
  • CD/DVD-ROM Drive
  • Powered USB 1.1 or later
