The YR10 is a low voltage motor driven lock suited for securing roller shutters and doors. Designed to be installed internally, it can be surface mounted horizontally or vertically on the floor or wall. The YR10 is supplied with a matching strike plate and is strong enough to prevent forced entry on any style or size of door. The YR10 is made to the highest specifications and includes the following features;
- Holding force of over 3000Kg with a deadbolting pin.
- Voltage input of 12 – 24VDC can be supplied.
- Selectable automatic locking when the door closes.
- Fail safe / Fail secure user selection with a single switch.
- Door position and bolt locked and unlock position monitoring.
- Multiple locking / unlocking attempts to correct miss-aligned doors.
By utilizing the bolt locked and unlocked monitors the YR10 can be integrated into door control systems. This can allow the user one button control over the lock and door and can be used to ensure the door only moves when the lock is disengaged. Feedback to access control or alarm systems is also offered as standard which make the YR10 much more than just a physically strong lock.
The YR10 is supplied with batteries that can be fitted to the lock if fail safe or fail secure operation is required. With batteries fitted, a switch located on the locks printed circuit board can be used to select fail safe or fail secure. In the event of a power failure the lock will either unlock (fail safe) or lock (fail secure).
