BQT Solutions is classified as an essential service in New Zealand, thus we are able to operate in a level four lockdown. We wanted to assure our customers that BQT have all the necessary processes and systems in place to support your business through these unprecedented times.
We continue to follow Government guidelines across our offices in New Zealand, Australia and USA, to ensure the health and safety of all. We know the challenge that we face as we deal with the Delta variant of COVID-19, and we are dedicated to working with you as we get through it together.
We would like to assure you that at present our lead-times haven’t changed and it is anticipated this will continue for the immediate future. All the reader orders maintain their standard one-week lead time while the locking orders will be scheduled as per usual. Depending on the length of the lockdown, the delivery times may have to be amended in the future based not only on BQT’s restrictions, but more significantly due to our local component suppliers’ own lockdown working requirements. We will keep you updated and as always, Heather and Rachel are there to answer your questions and support your ordering needs.
Safety of our team members and the wider community is paramount, so under level four we are operating a little differently from normal. Those of our team who can work from home are doing so. This obviously isn’t possible for our production team, so they are working in shifts to ensure there is no ‘bubble’ crossing while at work.
